Pumpkin Smoothie

This thick and creamy pumpkin smoothie is like chilled pumpkin pie in a glass, so yummy! Great as a breakfast drink, snack, or even a fun Fall dessert!

For one person and you need a good blender !

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana
3/4 cup almond milk (or other nut milk of your choice)
2-3 pitted dates (or other sweetener of your choice)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
For a nutritional boost, add 1 tsp of E3Live or E3AFA

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed. Enjoy!

One Juice with herbs from the season

Again a very easy recipicy, an intense one !

It is a very excellent recipicy - I like it a lot - you will tell me how it is for you !

You need a juicer .

This recipy come from Raw Freedom, Saskia Fraser .

For one personne :

  • 2 handfull of mint (peppermint leaves)
  • 2 big handfull of parsley
  • 1-2 apples
  • 1/2 lime / lemon - eventually 1 lime or lemon

Have fun in preparing it and testing it !

A recipe for a Juice !

Ingredients:

  • ginger
  • apple
  • ev. some spicies like: cinnamon, cayenne pepper, vanilla, nutmeg ..

Method

  • peel the ginger
  • washing the apples

Put every thing in the juice machine, than the different spicies, if you choosed some
